Cancellation Before Pickup

You can cancel your order at any time before our delivery partner picks up your items. Full refund will be processed if payment was already made.

Cancellation After Pickup

If you need to cancel after pickup:

  • Before processing begins: Full refund minus pickup charges
  • After processing begins: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After delivery: No refund for completed services

Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with our service quality:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will re-process the items at no extra cost
  • If re-processing doesn't resolve the issue, a refund may be provided

Damage Claims

  • Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  • Compensation is limited to 5x the service cost for that item
  • Pre-existing damage is not covered

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or wallet credit

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items left uncollected for more than 30 days
  • Damage caused by undeclared items (embellishments, buttons, etc.)
  • Shrinkage of items not suitable for washing
  • Repeated cancellations without valid reason
