By accessing or using Clam Laundrywala's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide laundry services including:
- Wash & Fold — Regular laundry cleaning
- Dry Cleaning — Professional cleaning for delicate items
Service availability and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is selected
- Prices displayed include applicable taxes
- We accept UPI, cards, and cash on delivery
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
4. Pickup & Delivery
- We pickup and deliver within our service area
- You must be available during the scheduled time slot
- Items should be ready for pickup as scheduled
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
5. Item Care & Liability
- We handle all items with care
- Liability for damage is limited to 5x the service cost
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage
- Special care items should be declared at pickup
- Items not collected within 30 days may be disposed
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup
- Cancellation after pickup incurs charges
- Refunds are processed to original payment method
- Repeated cancellations may affect your account
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and address information
- Check items for valuables before handover
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Use services for lawful purposes only
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
